Pacavita Engine · Monthly · Saltaire / Shipley / Bradford

A lead-gen engine, not another website.

Engine is a monthly service that runs the whole machine for you — paid ads, landing pages, call tracking, form capture, follow-up within three minutes, and a weekly report that says how many leads came in, where from, and which ones actually booked. For plumbers, salons, clinics, and anywhere else the phone ringing is what pays the bills.

Twelve-minute intake · We reply with a scoping doc within 72 hours · No calls unless you want one

How it works

Five stages. Every one instrumented.

A lead doesn't fall out of the sky. It moves through a pipeline, and at every stage it leaks. Engine is the thing that plugs the leaks, stage by stage, and reports on which ones matter most for your business.

What goes wrong without it

Five silent ways DIY lead-gen quietly loses you money.

  1. 01

    £1,200 ad spend → 0 booked jobs

    Ads pointing at your homepage

A homepage lists fourteen services. A landing page promises one thing. Ad-driven traffic to a homepage converts at 2-3%. The same spend to a one-promise landing page converts at 20-30%. We build the landing page that matches the ad.

  2. 02

80% of leads go cold in 5 minutes

    No follow-up within three minutes

The research is old and boring and true: lead-to-call latency is the single biggest determinant of conversion. Five-minute delay = 80% drop. Engine wires SMS + email the moment a form hits, so the customer hears from you before they've dialled the next plumber.

  3. 03

    Can't tell what's working

Call tracking that was never set up

You know you spent £200 on Google Ads last month. You don't know how many jobs came from it. Engine uses a tracking number on every paid landing page so you can see which campaigns produce actual ringing phones, and which are burning your budget.

  4. 04

Form fills lost in a founder's inbox

No CRM, no pipeline, no follow-up sequence

Someone fills in your form on a Sunday. You see it Monday morning between service jobs. By Thursday you haven't replied. By next Tuesday they've booked your competitor. Engine drops every lead into a proper pipeline with automated first-touch within three minutes and a reminder cadence if they don't reply.

  5. 05

No attribution = can't scale what works

    You can't double-down on a channel you can't measure

If you don't know whether your best jobs came from Google, Facebook, the van, or word-of-mouth, you can't scale any of them. Engine tags every lead with source + campaign + landing page, so the monthly report shows you exactly which channel to spend more on next month.

The stack

Six layers, wired together.

Each layer matters. Missing one costs you money silently.

Three tiers. Month-to-month. Ad spend on top.

Engine is a service fee, not an ad budget. Your ad spend stays in your name, on your card, fully visible — we just run it, report on it, and iterate. First month month-to-month. Leave any time with thirty days' notice.

Honest limits

What Engine isn't.

  • Guaranteed lead numbers

No honest agency promises X leads a month at sign-up. Markets, seasons, budgets, offers, and luck all move the numbers. We promise to run the machine properly and show you exactly what's happening.

  • TikTok / Instagram content

Engine is paid ads + landing pages + follow-up. Organic social content is a different service (Pacavita Field for UGC) and not included.

  • Being your CRM operator

We build the pipeline and wire the automation. You respond to the leads. If you need someone to answer the phone, that's a separate hire.

  • Scheduled video calls

Everything runs async by default — Slack, email, written reports. If a quarterly call genuinely helps, we'll do one. We won't default-schedule anything.

  • Hiring us before the foundation is in

If you don't have a website, complete Google Business Profile, and at least ten reviews yet, Engine won't help you. Start with those — we can help with all three. Come back when the foundation is solid.

Engine is the difference between “I ran some ads once” and “I know which three search terms pay my mortgage.”
